XXI International Congress of Linguists, ICL21, in Kazan, 25 June – 2 July 2023
XXI ICL Kazan 2023 will take place in Kazan, Tatarstan, Russia. The organizers are Kazan Federal University, the Institute of Linguistics of the Russian Academy of Sciences in Moscow and of course CIPL.
At the moment the Scientific Committee, which is chaired by CIPL’s president David Bradley, is inviting plenary speakers. In a couple of weeks section organizers will follow. The conference will also include special focus streams on current, important topics in the field. Suggestions for organizers of the focus streams will be presented to the Scientific Committee shortly.
In cooperation with AILA, International Association of Applied Linguistics, a panel will be organized.
The two last days of XXI ICL Kazan 2023 will be devoted to workshops. Later this spring a call for workshop proposals will be announced via the Linguist List.
