In the light of the current events, it is impossible to organize XXI ICL in Kazan in 2023. For this reason the Executive Committee of CIPL had to decide to withdraw the invitation to our Russian colleagues to organize the next ICL.
The Executive Committee has asked the Secretary-General to look for an alternative venue.
We hope to be able to make further announcements about this within a few weeks.
