- The Secretary-General of CIPL will announce the results of the grant applications during the second week of February.
- The applicant will receive € 350 immediately after the granting of the scholarship.
- The remaining € 150 will be transferred on receipt of the conference report and the certificate of attendance.
Application prior to notification
It is possible to submit an application before the organizers of the conference have informed the applicant that his/her paper has been selected for presentation. In such a case, the applicant submits a provisional application for a grant. If the grant is awarded, the applicant must inform CIPL immediately after acceptance by the conference, after which the first part of the grant will be paid out. If an abstract is rejected by the conference organizers, the applicant must withdraw his/her grant application. The grant will then be awarded to the next applicant on the reserve list drawn up by the grant committee.
