The ICL congress in Poznan was very successful, and we are now looking forward to the year 2028, when we want to organize the next ICL conference. It will be a special edition, since CIPL will then celebrate its 100th birthday!
We are calling upon member organizations to prepare a bid for the organization of the conference. All the guidelines for the organization of the International Congress of Linguists can be found on our website. Member organizations can choose to cooperate with a university or another academic institution in their country in order to host the congress.
CIPL’s secretariat is happy to answer any questions that arise during the preparation of the bid or to assist in the preparation of the bid.
